How we begin.

After a confidentiality agreement, we assess one or two research workflows together and define a practical implementation plan.

01

Workflow evaluation

Map the work.
Identify the starting point.

02

Written assessment

Requirements, priorities
and a proposed scope.

Align the next priorities together.
03

Embedded build

Initial 90-day delivery period

Build → validate → review

04

Review & improve

Check delivery against
the agreed acceptance criteria.

The first 90 days.
Progress you can evaluate.

Before implementation, agree deliverables, acceptance criteria and review milestones. Validate progress against real research tasks throughout the initial 90 days.

01

First working workflow

Connect agreed data and tools, build the priority workflow and introduce it into the team’s research process.

02

Validate and iterate

Review output quality and usability with the team. Use feedback and execution records to refine skills and workflow design.

03

Review and advance

Assess results against the agreed criteria, document the working methods and agree the next priorities for continued improvement.

Practical questions.

What will the workflow assessment help our team clarify?

The workflow evaluation includes mapping one or two research workflows, advisory discussions and a written assessment. We work through the current process with the team, identify where AI may help and set out the implementation requirements. Session hours and delivery timing are agreed before starting, so the scope is clear from the outset.

How will we agree implementation priorities after the assessment?

We review the findings together, agree priorities and identify any preparation needed. The assessment is a standalone deliverable; the implementation plan is then agreed around your team’s goals and readiness.

How is the initial 90-day delivery period scheduled?

The 90 days begin on the agreed start date of the embedded build, rather than when the evaluation begins. Before that date, we confirm the scope, required access and delivery milestones together. Staged reviews give the team a chance to assess progress and raise issues during delivery.

How can we arrange a consultation around our research needs?

Submit your contact details and research needs through the consultation form. We will arrange a complimentary 30-minute discussion to understand your priorities and suggest a next step.

How are responsibilities divided between AI research support and investment decisions?

Investment decisions remain with the client team. Our role is to build the software that supports research workflows, with sources and records that can be reviewed. We do not recommend trades, manage assets or connect the systems we build to order execution.

How is the deployment environment chosen to meet our requirements?

We start by understanding the technology and compliance requirements, then agree where the system will run and which services it may access. Model calls, data flows and support access are considered together and documented before implementation, so the team can review the proposed arrangement before work begins.

How are access and write permissions managed when integrating with existing systems?

Read and write access is discussed explicitly during scoping. The proposal identifies the systems involved, the permitted actions and where human review is required. If an integration is not agreed, it is not included by default; access follows the scope approved for the project.

How do you coordinate remote collaboration and on-site support with our team?

Most collaboration takes place remotely, through shared working channels with the research and technology teams. Where an on-site workshop, data walkthrough or handover would help, we agree the arrangements based on the client’s needs and the project requirements. The arrangements are agreed in advance.

Which deliverables will our team retain, and how is handover arranged?

The knowledge base belongs to the institution and can be exported in full. Other deliverables, documentation and support arrangements are itemised in the written proposal. We review that list at handover and identify any third-party licensing limits, so the team understands what it receives and how it can be used.
